Translation announcement and new Inception podfic

Exciting news! rainbowfife made a Russian translation of my Titanic minor characters/historical RPF from a few years ago, a Yuletide treat for my buddy claudia603. This is only the second time someone's translated a fic of mine! You can see it over here: CQD MGY по-русски!

I've had a really nice weekend, blowing off my work and making this podfic instead!

Summary: "Arthur has always been told he’s mature for his age. Maybe it comes from being an only child, or from having to step into his father’s shoes too soon, or maybe he’s just too serious for his own good. Whatever the reason, he doesn’t like having his foundations shaken. Going in for a physical is not something that should shake them."

I loved your reading of this. How you managed to keep a straight face for the super hot porn is quite beyond me, but I've been looking at some of your other podfic, and wow. Looks like you can read amazing things. :D I would love to hear the sequels done by you.

I really appreciated the high quality audio on the m4b version too. Your voice was very clear and the whole thing was just a delight to listen to. And if I was walking around my kitchen nervously laughing at how hot bb!Arthur is with his doctor's fingers up his ass, I guess that's a definite win too. :D

And it's true, I have overcome a whole lot of my natural reticence for the sake of kink_bingo podfics! I tend to find it embarrassing and scary but also pretty liberating. There was this one line where Arthur said 'please' and your voice was all broken and desperate and needy. You threw me out of the story for a few seconds thinking about how perfect your voice was during that one *word*.

Thanks a lot (and also for your comment at the love meme - that was awesome to read)! Inception is not especially my fandom but I've been an JGL fan for a long time so getting at him as an insecure teenager was a lot of fun to do. :)
