Summer Podfic Swap letter
Dear Podficcer,
Thank you for signing up for one or more of my fandoms and thanks in advance for making something for me! I hope you will have a good time with this exchange. I like lots of different kinds of podfics and will have a good time listening to what you make!
Here are some of my general likes and dislikes!
General likes: Some of my favorite story things are people figuring out their sexuality or other kinds of identity, people who've felt out of place finding a home or team or relationship, hurt/comfort, VULNERABILITY in general, and canon-divergent AUs.
Sexy likes: I like lots of different aspects of kink, like bondage, spanking, name-calling, and submission. A special favorite scenario for me is kink exploration established relationships. I'm also interested in all kinds of different levels of consent or lack thereof, including tropey stuff like A/B/O, sex pollen, and arranged marriages.
Dislikes: I'm not especially into Rule 63 characters, parenting/kidfic (exceptions for canon MCU kiddos like Monica and Morgan), mpreg, sex while drunk or high, electricity play, or sounding. I am sensitive about dissing of female characters.
Fandom-specific notes!
Rogue One: My favorite characters are Cassian, Jyn, and Bodhi! I would love any shippy or gen combination of them.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse: In this fandom I would love to see some gen or femslash. My favorite characters are Miles, Gwen, May, Liv, and Spider-Man Noir.
The Good Place: I would enjoy podfic about any of these characters!
Marvel Cinematic Universe/Black Panther/Captain America/Falcon and the Winter Soldier/Captain Marvel/Iron Man: Some of my favorite MCU characters are Tony Stark, Sam Wilson, Peter Parker, Michelle Jones, Pepper Potts, Bruce Banner, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanov, James Rhodes, Nakia, Shuri, Okoye, Nebula, Carol Danvers, and Maria and Monica Rambeau. All gen combinations and ships of them are great, and I'm cool with them being shipped with other folks too. I also like Bucky but for some reason not Steve/Bucky on its own, but yes please to either or both of them if you add Sam, Tony, Natasha, Shuri, etc. I have a soft spot for canon ships like Tony/Pepper, Peter/MJ, and T'Challa/Nakia and love seeing a third added in with them. I'm also delighted by rarer ships and gen combinations like MJ/Shuri, Peter & Rhodey, or Tony & Nebula.
