It's the allegations of some vast conspiracy against them that really freak me out, whether it's saying the mod is prejudiced against negative comments or complaining about the news articles or the photos themselves. A few months ago I translated an Alex de la Iglesia blog entry where he talked about how nice it was to have Pamela visit them on the set, and someone commented about how suspicious it was that Alex kept talking about how charming she was. I wanted to say, "Um, maybe it's because he finds her to be charming omg?" but I left it alone. It feels like it's gotten worse lately and I might not make a post like that if it came up today.
