I'm going to see the movie in a few more hours! I've been staying up till 2 or 3 the last few nights reading fic (on a Monaboyd kick again, mmmmmm), so a midnight showing shouldn't be too big a deal. I'm excited about this one because unlike a lot of people I really loved the 5th book.

Yep! It opens at five after midnight here. I am glad people are excited by it. I remember me and my brother and sister making the midnight showing of "Return of the Jedi", we were so psyched. It was a bit of a letdown, actually, but the reviews of the new Harry Potter today have been very good, Oscar talk, in fact for the pink villain. Enjoy!

Could you give a non-spoiler review of it tomorrow? Because I'm curious to see if you like it lots but I do want to see it eventually (not sure exactly when I'll get to see it!)

I went to a midnight showing of Revenge of the Sith that was frustrating on many levels, but I do still like the excitement of them, even if I'm going by myself this time.

I am looking forward to the Occlumency lessons like whoa. *hopeful*

Go see it, C. Harry is hot (with muscles!) and he angsts a lot. Not enough Snape but when he's there he's also quite sexy.

Phoenix was my favorite of the books, but I think Goblet is my favorite movie so far. I still think they did a great job with this movie considering how much they had to work with, but they left out so much of the little stuff it was like, where is the rebellion?

Omg but Dudley asks Harry if Cedric is his boyfriend because he calls out his name in his sleep.

I love Harry omg. I think I need to read some fic in which, like, he doesn't get raped or anything. He could just get sick and then people would wrap him in blankets and stuff, the way they do with Frodo. (((Harry)))

I think I might like this one more than GoF. I think I need to go see it again this weekend and think some more about that. There were parts of GoF that really annoyed me and that didn't happen here, but on the other hand there was so much missing that sometimes I felt like the story didn't make much sense, like it was more a bunch of parts that I really enjoyed but that didn't hang together so well as a movie.

Dan looks better every year though. :)

I want Harry in blankets so much that I'm reading a fanfic EPIC with spelling and apostrophe errors at ff.net. (I wish I were better at finding the seriously good stuff.)
