Well, when I archive the fic, I'll link to the cut for the text link (and hope that the reader scrolls up) just to avoid exactly my confusion and the 'reply to author' link will go to the post at large... but since it's your own post, you can either link to the post as a whole and tell people to scroll down, or link to the cut and tell people to scroll up for the headers... it's times like this that I kind of wish LJ supported hash-tags (or whatever they're officially called) more easily-- they can be hand-coded in, but the poster has to remember to do it themselves... Anywhoo, yeah, I'm rambling now! *goes off to archive things, really*
