Six Merlin podfics: Gwen/Merlin, Gwen/Morgana, and other pairings

You guys, there were no Gwen/Merlin podfics in the archive and I love this pairing A LOT, so I decided to record a bunch of them and get lots of amplificathon points! I had so much fun!!

Note that the main pairing on Emei's is Gwen/Morgana. Also, "Wonder What You Are" had been anonymous at the meme until now and capricornucopia is just claiming and reposting it tonight on the occasion of the podfic going up, so I'm sure she'd appreciate hearing from you.

Yeah, that the one that's a little bit out of place in a Gwen/Merlin collection, but I didn't feel like I could not record it either. It's so good oh man.

You cannot actually do the chapters thing in iTunes, sadly. I bought an application called Audiobook Builder for $10, but apparently there's also a way of doing it online without having to use any software of your own.

Anyway yay podfics! I hope you enjoy them! It was so fun putting this set together, with so many common themes that I love.

Well, when I archive the fic, I'll link to the cut for the text link (and hope that the reader scrolls up) just to avoid exactly my confusion and the 'reply to author' link will go to the post at large... but since it's your own post, you can either link to the post as a whole and tell people to scroll down, or link to the cut and tell people to scroll up for the headers... it's times like this that I kind of wish LJ supported hash-tags (or whatever they're officially called) more easily-- they can be hand-coded in, but the poster has to remember to do it themselves... Anywhoo, yeah, I'm rambling now! *goes off to archive things, really*

Yeah, I have used anchor tags a couple times when posting multiple ficlets in one post, and then I used those links in my fic index, but since they're hidden they wouldn't be useful to someone else doing recs or a podfic or remix. Eh, I think I will switch to the cutid link on this one.

Hooray links! Actually this reminds me, does the archive generally prefer that we link to the title pages or are the direct links okay too?

Ooooh, good question! I feel like I ought to know the answer and yet I've never actually asked jinjurly. Would you rather email her on this or shall I?

I know that I as a reader prefer to be linked to the archive title pages (just because I like navigating from there). OTOH, since the three direct-file links I gave you will be updated in the next few days, it'll be fine for you to use those until the title pages are generated, regardless of what the general policy is.

I wondered if some folks might prefer to just right-click save from here rather than go through the extra step of going to the title page there. But on the other hand going to the title page is nice for then browsing around the archive. I think I'll just keep the sendspace links up for now and then add the title pages once they're up.

I don't think I've left you feedback before which is criminal because you are seriously one of my favourite podficcers. I love your voice, it's got this really soothing quality to it and it's always lovely to listen to, and it's gotten to the point that it's basically fic!Gwen's voice in my head.

The Merlin with breasts podficlet was the first I downloaded, I'm pretty sure, and I love it a lot, you do humour so well, but Bird of Passage is probably my favourite. The way you read Gwen, the way you read Morgana, and the subtle undercurrent of tension the whole way through, it's just, it's so satisfying, but your podfics always are. ♥
