And some thoughts on last night's episode:

NO MORE OTHERS OMG YAY!!!! I guess they'll have to bring them back eventually, but we can hope they'll stay gone for the rest of the season, yeah? And then maybe they'll kill Charlie and I can finally make myself stop watching.

Last night's episode inspired femslashy thoughts, though not as many as it would have inspired if I liked the characters a little better. Or maybe if they hadn't tried quite so hard with the anger and the jealousy and all (over Jack omg yawn) -- I mean, yeah, I thought Kate and Juliet handcuffed together was kind of hot (or again, would have been if I liked Kate better), but fighting in the mud? Seriously? :(

But I am looking forward to next week's episode.

Yes yes yes yes yes, Sayid is going to interrogate Juliette in next week's episode and it's gonna be AWESOME (as long as he doesn't torture her omg).

There was this other article about discord among the reporters at the New York Times ever since they started showing the most e-mailed article and the serious reporters resenting the ones who got to be really popular by writing about cute puppies and it was so funny and I kept thinking of you and laughing and I CAN'T FIND IT!!

This week's episode is pretty good! A lot better than I expected it to be from the previews. But I'm really looking forward to next week's.

And what about that "girl solidarity" in the flashback? And do you suspect that the "con-man" who knocked up Kate's Good Samaritan could be Sawyer? or maybe Locke's dad?

Yes, yes, I liked the solidarity of the flashbacks -- and I always like seeing more unexpected previous connections come up between the characters on the island -- Cassidy (sp?) was in a previous episode where she got conned by Sawyer. It would be interesting to see if a connection eventually came up between Sawyer and Locke's dad!
