Lost

Whoohoo, Lost is on tonight! And since I got caught up in December I can now actually watch a new episode while it's new, for the first time. Unfortunately it looks like it will be yet another episode about the story I don't care about, with the characters I don't care about. :( And by next week when we get back to Charlie and the other interesting people I will be back at my apartment where I don't have a TV.

But still! New Lost! Yay! And I get to move back to my apartment soon!

Does anyone else on my list still watch this show?

I watch it! Or rather, I will tape it, since 10pm is past my bedtime :P

As for the Jack/Kate/Sawyer storyline...*yawn* I could do without it.

They keep making Sawyer suffer in all kinds of ways that would totally hit my kinks if I cared about his character at all. Give me more Charlie! Hurley! Sayiiiiid omg!

I think I will be recording after this week and try to get back and watch them on weekends.

I'm still watching it though right now I really don't like the show and haven't seen Season 2. But I'm hoping it will get better and I'm hoping this is the time I can finally say that it did.

There have been a couple episodes I've liked this season but it is really not nearly exciting as it was in the first season. :(

Exactly. I think it was the second season that really blew it for me (and I have to correct my reply above, I have seen Season 2, I meant I haven't liked the show since Season 2). Almost all the new characters that were introduced in Season 2 seem meaningless now.

Yeah, I figured that was what you meant. Again with season 2 there were some eps that I enjoyed, and I really liked Eko and Libby a lot. Needless to say I was distressed by what happened at the end of the season. But I'm not giving up hope.

I'm watching it! It's sort of a social thing I do with Amy -- with food and wine and all...but not today since things have been chaotic of course. But her friend is TiVoing it so that we can watch it later, either tomorrow or maybe this weekend... :-)

yeah i watched it. but not with the same intensity as season 1. don't know when season 3 is coming.

I watched--actually for the first time this season--I'm glad they had the catch-up show beforehand.

I'm not usually that crazy about Jack, though I do like Kate/Sawyer--but I was intrigued with this episode and all the new puzzles. And I found myself liking Jack just a little more than I normally do. His plan was so desperate--I'm glad it worked after all. And I will really be glad to get back to the other survivors next week--I want to see Sun/Jin and Charlie/Claire and Hurley again.

I was a little distressed that the little preview for next week did not show Charlie at all. It was more of Kate talking about Jack. OMG ENOUGH WITH THIS LOVE TRIANGLE!! But yeah, tonight's ep had some interesting stuff. I do want to know more about Alex and Karl.

I had a dream about it last night. I think my brain wants me to watch it, but I would not want to watch out of order (like, out of season order, that is).

Well, you should probably have a season 1 marathon, since those are the best ones anyway! And you should post about how great it is and we can all get nostalgic omg.

You know, I should. I just need to find the right time omg, and then I will sit down and... I wouldn't want to watch it by myself, you know? But I think mom showed enough interest that she'd be watching it with me, too. (She does like to go out on the weekends, so maybe I can watch some then!)

Also, S1 being the one I own, ha ha, that makes things easy on which to watch.

I wach Lost and I was sort of addict during season 1.
Seas. 2 was, IMO, far less interesting, full of pointless plots and doomed-to-die new characters.
Better, till now seas. 3, but we will see next episodes.
At present I'm enjoying the 'wickedness' of the Others. :)
Tonight, one day after US broadcasting, I will see the new episode.

I wish I agreed. I liked season 2 better than what I've seen so far of season three. Splitting Jack, Kate and Sawyer off from everybody else and then focusing more on those three characters has made it less interesting for me. :( But I'm looking forward to next week's episode.

I watched most of season 2 and the beginning of season 3 on iTunes because I was behind. I was excited about finally getting to see a new episode on TV last night and then it was really cold in my parents' basement! I missed having my warm laptop on my lap!
