Yuletide fics are up, woot! I am just starting to look but so far I have been terribly impressed with the quality of these rare fandom fics! The first one I clicked on was a Fried Green Tomatoes fic that does a really beautiful job filling in some of Idgie and Ruth's relationship that got passed over in the book and plain hidden from the movie. Wild Honey ETA (Jan. 2nd): It is by sanj, whose fanfic is archived at sanj_stories.

Also very exciting is abundance of new lotrips fics at slashababy. Happy reading, everyone!

Yes! So so easy to find what you want, and also to feedback! I did not pay attention to this challenge last year and I'm glad that some of my friends have done it this year and I've heard more about it.

I've done it a couple of times and really enjoyed the experience. And it's getting bigger every year so I'm sure you can count on it happening next year :-)

Yes, and next year I won't be taking courses so I might actually be active in fandom during December! I really love the idea of it -- there are so many movies where I would just love to read or write an extra scene or two.

N'aw, this guy? He's Neil from the movie Mysterious Skin, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, my second favorite 25-year-old former child star who still sometimes plays teenagers. :D
