lotrips fic rec
Since Wednesday night I've been caught up in reading a fantastic fic by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
semaphore27 called This Is the Way the World Ends. It's Lotrips crossed over with Stephen King's The Stand -- that one where a plague kills off most of the world's population and we follow the adventures of a few survivors, who in this version are actors from LotR. It works really well even if you haven't read the book or seen the miniseries (I haven't), though I think it would be even better if you have. It is very long and angsty as hell and creepy and scary and beautifully written and has been keeping me up at night! [ETA: And there is also lots of love and some good h/c.] Here is a link to her fic index.
