Remix!

The authors' names have been revealed at lotrips_remix. Whoo! Some of the ones I've read are quite wonderful and I hope some more people will read them. I want to read a few more today before I go out of town (and away from my computer - sad!) for the weekend.

Also, we're asking for remix recs at lotr_fic_recs this week and next. There are a ton of awesome lotr and lotrips remix fics out there and so far only two of them have been recced. (Thank you, Bunnie!) I put a lot of links in the post to various challenges, so it shouldn't be hard to find one or two of your favorites and tell us about it. Think of the newbies! :D

Now, here is a weird thing, lotr_fic_recs crossposts to GreatestJournal and InsaneJournal, but I can't seem to figure out how to post to the community at GJ. I read the FAQ and it says to use the regular update page:

Scroll down until you see the text “Post to:”. "There will be a dropdown box with a list of all journals you have the ability to post in. The first (default) option is always your journal.

However, there is no "post to" text on my update page at GJ. There is no option to post anywhere other than at my own journal. This despite the fact that I'm a maintainer and member of the comm and, according to the community management page, am supposed to have posting access. Does anyone know what's up with this?
