Do you have recs for me?
In other news, I continue to love my Mac but I have been squinting an awful lot. I tried changing the default font size in Firefox preferences and that seems to have worked on some pages including actual journal entries (when viewed with style=mine) but most pages including my own journal and f-list are smaller than I'm comfortable reading. I don't see other people complaining about this and it's making me crazy! (Okay, I should see about getting my eyes checked and maybe getting new glasses, but it's not completely my fault, I mean, it is consistently smaller than on the PC and I'm frustrated that the get praised so much for design when you'd think this would be a pretty intuitive thing.) I spent a bunch of time looking through journal styles this morning and most of them are the same way (especially all the ones whose look I like, which tend to be Expressive). I might switch to Green, though I'm not too excited about the colors. My Dreamwidth layout is narrower than I would like but fine as far as text size, which is kind of funny since my biggest frustration with Dreamwidth is how few journal styles they have available.
I don't care for Pages as a word processor at all. I started to write this post in it because I'm used to writing up my posts in Word, but that didn't work out so I'm typing into the box on Dreamwidth instead.
The edge of the computer is a sharp angle and rubs against my wrists. Seriously, it's leaving marks, though I suppose it wouldn't be a problem if I had good posture. :/
I'm learning some nice keyboard shortcuts and continue to love the "gestures" on the trackpad.
I watched some of a movie on my new computer last night and it was beautiful!
