I will look at the friendship fest, because I'm not a slash-goggles type person, but I'm not sure I know how to write anything without smut, I'm not very good at plot...

I would so like to read any of your lotrips, even if it's never-to-be-finished. And your hobbit bdsm is quite intriguing!

What's funny about that Lotrips list, out of the six titles, one of them is only about 100 words, one of them is really Faculty rpf, one is Everything Is Illuminated rpf, and one is randomly Elijah/Jake Gyllenhaal. They were some lovely AU ideas though, too bad I never really got anywhere with them.

You know what else is funny is I'm sure I spent some time writing some Deep Impact/Black Hawk Down crossover but now I can't seem to find it. I wonder if it's hidden in a notebook somewhere.

I used to write genfic all the time but it's been a while. I ought to try but I also ought to do rl work tomorrow.

Aaah, these are so fun! I'm really intrigued by a bunch of these, especially "Sandcastling (Dean and Luna)", "Gwen Lancelot spin class", "Chilean Lancelot", and "destiny text" - any chance of seeing more of those? :D

Thanks! The destiny fic was pretty much my first idea for a Merlin fic and it's not something I'm likely to go back to, neither is the Dean/Luna one. But I talked about the giant AU with Chilean Lancelot at the fleet recently. The Spin class fic was going to be a kink_bingo "bodily secretions" story (Lancelot being turned on by Gwen's sweatiness) in my health club AU, but I filled that square with Freya/Merlin instead so I feel less motivated to write the Gwen/Lancelot now.

This is very true! I'm especially frustrated by some of the LotR ones where I really did write a lot and was mostly finished, but my feelings about the characters are so different now I really don't think I could go back.
