MERLIN FEMSLASH PROMPTFEST

So, Femslash February is a challenge to create two or more femslash fanworks sometime during this month.

Feel like making something about the ladies of Merlin but don't know where to start? Start a thread for yourself and we'll come back at you with some prompts.

Example prompt requests:
* I feel like drawing me some Merlin actresses. Give me a pairing or threesome.
* Want to write Gwen/ladies drabbles. Three-word prompts please!
* I'm looking for Merlin femslash authors with blanket permission to podfic. Would especially love links to Gwen/Morgana stories of around 5000 words.
* I'm trying to fill the "long-distance relationship" and "sunrise / sunset" squares on my cottoncandy_bingo card, probably with fic (though maybe not!fic or meta or picspam?). Anyone have any ideas?

When posting a fill, make it a reply to the comment with the prompt, and try to write something like "[character/character] [type of fanwork]: [Title]" in the subject line to make it easier to find. You can either post your work in the comment itself or link to your own journal, AO3, etc.

The first thread is for general prompts, not aimed at a specific creator. Anyone should feel welcome to pick up any of these prompts!

And it's fine if the thing you made doesn't actually fit the prompt that inspired it. LET'S JUST MAKE A LOT OF MERLIN FEMSLASH FANWORKS OKAY PEOPLE.

Renaissance faire!AU - Gwen is a princess and Morgana is a knight who kicks everyone’s ass in the list.

Goth!AU - Morgana is a goth and Gwen is a tennis player, Morgana convinces Gwen to go to a goth club with her. Or perhaps something based on this photoset and tag response

30s!AU - inspired by Dancing on the Edge, where Gwen is a singer and Morgana is an aristocrat.

Also ridiculously attached to any academic/uni AUs that may be lurking in the backs of people's minds...

ooooooh 1930's Dancing on the Edge AU, I love it! I mean, I need to watch Dancing on the Edge, but just a 1930s jazz AU would be so much fun to write. *ponders*

As far as academic/uni AUs, I kind of have a Morgana/Gwen Gender Studies Department AU that's been in the back of my head for ages, I should probably dig that one out again...

The 30s!AU is something that I've wanted since we started getting pictures of Angel in all those pretty dresses right after Katie's W/E role with her in all the pretty sparkly dresses... and then she did that photoshoot with Colin and I just need it so badly! Thankfully DotE comes out tomorrow (today, depending on where you are, I suppose...), so I'm really hoping that the fandom will just run wild with all the AUs soon! There's just so many possibilities!

oooo Gender Studies AU would definitely be very interesting with them!!!
