Whether or not you're withdrawing financial support from LJ/SixApart, consider donating to the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network or another charity that helps prevent violence and sexual assault against women and children, report your donation to the new community

fandom_gives, and spread the word. They are working on putting together a good list of well-regarded and relevant charities from a lot of different countries. I think this is a great way of expressing that we as members of fandom are concerned about these issues and see much better ways of dealing with them than through censorship.
