writing and remixthedrabble
May. 3rd, 2009 02:48 pmToday I did a little bit of writing on my second
lgbtfest fic and brought it over 1000 words (the fest minimum) so that is a nice milestone as always but it's nowhere close to being done and I don't know whether I can finish by my assigned date, which is this Thursday. ( fretting )
It's been exciting seeing the sign-ups for
remixthedrabble come in over the last few days, with some familiar names and lots of new ones. At this point there are a few who don't have any matches, but we've always worked something out in the past so I'm hopeful about this round too. I'm a little sad that so far no one has signed up with a remixable store of Merlin fics because that's what I'd most like to write, and I'm a bit embarrassed with the Merlin fics I have written and the idea of assigning some poor person to remix them, but, yeah, we'll work something out.
Anyway, it all makes me feel like writing drabbles (even though I shouldn't because I should be writing my gay Merlin fic and working on school stuff), so I would love drabble prompts, especially the three-word kind (one or two of the words can be character names) for, um, anything but Casey/Zeke (sorry), but especially Merlin, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and/or Torchwood.
